Super high quality!

Just got my FI compatible collar and absolutely love it. I had been looking for a biothane option because my Aussie mix loves to hike and swim so I wanted something that wasn't going to smell and cleaned easily. I am impressed by the quality of the biothane and buckle. However, my only complaint is that the quick release collar makes noise every time he walks - as someone with a highly anxious/active pup this can be slightly annoying. I would recommend getting the traditional buckle instead of the quick release if this something you want to avoid. Other than that, I am so happy with my new collar and look forward to one less thing to clean after our adventures!

So pretty!

Our dog got sprayed by a skunk and couldn't wear her stinky Nylon collar anymore! I ordered a two-tone purple collar and it's pretty and shipped relatively fast! Waterproof and the buckle is very sturdy. Price is high but I'm ok paying a little more to support a small biz. Would love to see an engraveable option in the future.

Pretty and cleans up well!

We recently got a Fi tracker and was so stoked to find Cookies and Co with all their customizable options! My pup is very active and loves get down and dirty. So far the collar has stood up to the elements at the farm. With all the mud, water, running, wrestling, and climbing it does get fairly dirty, but so far has been a breeze to clean up making it look pretty and new again. The buckle is easy to work with and doesn’t get stuck. Four stars just because we’re unsure how it will stand up to the elements over time but for now we’re OBSESSED!

Very pretty but w/ a big issue

Love the two-tone look and all the options, but in just over a month of wear, the brass hardware is rubbing off and seems to be staining our pup's neck gray. This was an issue with our last collar and one of the reasons we went searching for something new. Kind of a bummer for the price. I also tried uploading photos but it's not working w/ the site.

Hi Carrie! We've done extensive testing on our hardware choices and opted to go with solid brass as it's the most durable and doesn't rust. Solid brass, however, does tarnish overtime and more so to certain skin oils. We do note this on our website listing under care instructions, to prevent tarnish we recommend routine cleaning of the hardware especially if the metal is exposed to mositure to make sure it is dried completely before wear. The only hardware option that does not produce tarnish or rust would be plastic and due to safety that just isn't an option for us.
